I really wish the workers would toss old food away. The spicy chicken sandwich I ordered looked like it had been sitting in the... warm drawer 12+ hours. It was so old and nasty it had no white color to the chicken meat and you could barely tear it apart. Itprobably was cooked the day before. Receipt date 9/17/22, Order #522811, time 8:29:26. If I could leave zero stars I would. I used to love braums but it has really gone down hill recently. I have seen multiple... members of management yell at very young looking employees. The store is very dirty and the customer service hasn?t been greateither. There are a few very sweet younger employees who do great but like I said every manager I?ve seen has been lazy andunhelpful and use their power to yell at their workers. Read more
Worst customer service ever. The moment I got there people were giving me horrible looks, I swear they looked at me the way a... duck looks at gross people in a park. Once I ordered one of the ice creams the girl just left without saying anything. She didthat after every ice cream I ordered. She then made her co-worker make an order of mine that the lady made wrong. I told herthat it wasn't what I had ordered nicely. She ignored me so I told her again and she said "well I'm not the one who made it!". Ihad to tell her that I needed her to make me a new one. Her co-worker was extremely rude and gave me the most horrible looks. Iwaited for 5 minutes to pay and no one helped us, they were all there in front of me but I still had to call them over. They were friendly and the food was very tasty, especially the shake; but they did have some slight confusion with my order.... Overall, I would still give them 2 thumbs up... and 4 stars!! Read more

ATTENTION HEALTH DEPARTMENT The health department might want to drop in and see how nasty this place is. Dirty Dirty... Dirty Tables and floor are nasty so is where the employees work behind the counter. Was just told that the manager fired someoneand then left herself to get her hair done.
