This place is very poorly managed. The food is usually pretty good but everything is dirty and completely unsanitary. There was... no hand soap in the men?s room so I KNOW the employees aren?t properly washing their hands. The street-thug who took my orderwas wearing a hoodie with the hood pulled tight over his face and was totally impersonal? gave the impression that I wasannoying him by coming in with his heavy sighs and a silent stare. This is CRAZY!! I understand being understaffed. But seriously 8-10x's I've been over there the lobby has been closed. Had to... walk in the drive-Thru. Not to mention the last 2 times I've been there the quality of my food has been HORRIBLE!! I tried tocall 3 separate times today. 1st time I called someone picked up but didn't say n e thing. But I could hear the workers laughingand swearing. It had to be the employees cause the lobby is closed. Then I call the second time and someone picked up then hungup. Waited a couple minutes and called again and ONCE AGAIN someone picked up and what seemed to be setting it down. This iswhat my tacos look like. This is EXTREMELY UNEXCEPTABLE!! Thankfully I got a receipt this time. I'm having a hard time wantingto go back there anymore. All I can suggest is to double check your food before u leave. I understand everyone's experience isdifferent. But all I can say is that they have 2* eating for a reason. Read more
