Rude staff and slow service during slow hours. We waited 25 minutes for one kids smoothie while the staff sat around and drank... their own smoothies behind the counter. I enjoy the smoothies and was looking forward to getting one today on my lunch break from the hospital. There?s only one car in... the parking lot so I decide to go in, the person inside was already seated with food, leaving myself to be the only one inthere. I go stand at the register. There are 5 employees in there. Not one of them says hello to me, acknowledges that I?m evena person standing there to even say it could take a minute. I continue to stand there thinking, surely, someone is going to saysomething. After 5 min of no interaction I turn around and leave.. as they looked at me and still not one word was ever said tome. Just went to this Cafe to get a smoothie. I guess I was supposed to stop at the podium to order. No signage. A guy was talking... to another person in their vehicle. So a I drove around to place my order at the speaker. Another car was behind me at thispoint. Instead of taking my order...they wanted me to back up and go back to the podium. Plus, I can Hear them laughing at meand mocking me . I called the manager...same person was laughing at ne...now laughing on the phone. Very unprofessional.
