First sign this place was a dump was when the guy at the window could not even look at me or say anything other than demanding... payment. The only words that came out of his mouth was the total of my bill. When the food came out he all but threw it in mycar, turned and shut the window without a word. When I got home, some of the order was missing so I called and let them know Iwould be coming back in. They put the "manager" on the line. Since all of the food would be cold by the time I went back tothe store and then home again I asked if they would remake the chicken, the guy said "absolutely not, there is no way I'm doingthat. Your not going to trick me into that." At this point I thought I would mention how rude the guy at the window was and hetells me that he was not rude to me at all when he gave my the food! If I could give a negative number I would. I was sitting in the back seat while my son ordered. The drive through person was... extremely rude and hostile when we asked about the total for our meal. When I went in to speak to him in person he was evenworse, when I asked for the manager he said he was the manager, I asked for contact information for the owners, he refused andsaid it would not matter if he gave it to me anyway as no one was rude to me. I would give this KFC a 0 star if I could. We ordered extra crispy chicken and they gave us the original chicken and hope we did... not notice that!! We went back and return our chicken. They said they don?t have the extra crispy enough pieces to give us! (Whywould they tell us at the beginning so we will have not to wasted our time!!) We went back and they told us that they just havechicken tight only and we can?t have all that and we have to wait for other part of chicken for 20-30 minutes. We don?t want towait that long so ended up get our money back. The unbelievable thing happened there at this KFC was horrible that they put ourchicken back on the warming racks to resell them!!!! ???? it?s WILD!! Unbelievable!! I still love the chicken. The sides are basic boxed food. I havent been here in a while and after paying, I remember why.... Extremely expensive for what you get. I used the app but had to go inside to get my order. They wouldn't give it to me throughthe drive through. Asked for plates in my order but did not get them when I picked up. Read more

New management!! John was honest about the wait for fresh chicken, handed me a biscuit at the window to show YES they were... fresh!! The last time we ordered about 6 months ago if not longer. The chicken just tasted old and dry. The biscuits we hit offour counter top and it didn't break so old!! Just the worst even the sides were a train wreck.
