We had a great experience this year in terms of food quality. It's very consistent every time we go. Customer service is to be... desired and a little bit hit or miss. Sometimes you're greeted upon entry, sometimes they ignore you like they don't want you tobuy anything. Last time I was here, a couple walked out as no one even acknowledged them. The one other thing that I don't mindwith some people are frustrated about is the length of time it takes to get your food. Even when it's not busy. They do prepareand take care in the food they make, even though it's just subs. If it's busy though, prepare to wait for 30 minutes for yourfood. All in all the product is really great. Read more
I have nothing bad to say about this location! My boyfriend loves the subs! We have no problem driving across town at any point... of the day to get him his favourite! The staff are always very friendly and the atmosphere is very clean at all times includingthe bathroom. This is a newer location to owensound and since day one they have been operating as if they had years ofexperience! Try and avoid going at busy times if you are looking to avoid a line up! Read more
In comparison to Subway; the price is more but the taste and portion size are hands down better at Firehouse. I tried the Hook... and Ladder sub and it didn't disappoint. I'm a new fan! Read more
