I wish I could give zero stars. Frisco breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock, cold and tasted awful. Gravy was runny and watered... down and tasted like vomit ????. Staff was very friendly though. Read more
Food is normally great. But if you are in a hurry in the mornings do not stop in here for breakfast. Their drive thru was lined... up all the way to the road. People decided to head inside, like myself, to skip the incredibly long line. This did not make thewait any shorter. There were people inside before me that still had to wait 20-25 minutes before receiving their order. And ahandful of people had to wait 5-10 minutes before their order was even taken because they couldn't manage the orders they hadalready taken. But on the plus side all the food was hot and fresh. They would not honor their download a app and get a free sandwich with purchase of $1 signs after talking to the manager and he... agreed as well that it was false advertising but couldn't control what corporate did . Read more

Got delivered a order with missing item. I called just to let them know and. The manager got an attitude about it that she had... made it herself and all. And I told her I can take a picture of what I got and she said "anyone can take a picture and not havethe item on it" that is not a comment a manager says... I had to come to the store and showed her everything I received and wasstill arguing that she still made it and put it in the bag.. so thus manager got a whole attitude. Not good customer service... thing is with the delivery the bag was complete sealed no one messed around with it. But she was sure she made the order.. Idon't care how long she's been the BOSS like she said she needs better attitude and better customer service . Read more
