Normally, this McDonald?s is good but tonight there was a worker that was rude to my husband, and there was no need for it. We... ordered something on a mobile order and they couldn?t find our order when he gave them the code. And instead of explaining thatto him, or talking to him calmly when he asked again, she got rude and told him to chill out, she?s working on it. Half of self service kiosks were 'out of order'. I had to wait too long for assistance with kiosk( there were no table tags, so... no code) finally a girl comes over and says oh just hit any ole number. Then after I paid at kiosk it wouldn't print receipt. Ispoke with 4 different people before anyone assisted me. And she couldn't locate it. Took forever but finally got a receipt.
