Constantly forget items in bag (example, two dinners of sweet and sour dishes, and no sweet/sour sauce was packed, missing rolls... or appetizers).... Have to rip open the stapled bag and double check or your going to be SOL when you call back. Egg rolls aresmall and "oil logged" aka: outer roll shell absorbs a bunch of oil instead of being light and crisp. Oh, and "fried rice" isjust parboiled yellow rice from the boxes at your local supermarket, not actual fried rice. Read more

My first visit I ordered shrimp egg rolls, when I got home and took a bite I thought they had given me steak egg rolls because... the cabbage was so brown!
