Please believe all the bad reviews before you think you?ll be an exception. First the jerk chicken tasted days old and was not... warm. The Mac and cheese was gross and the portion was small. The largest portion was the bland rice and peas. Even the sorrelwas disgusting. The food is way over priced and not the price that is advertised online. They gave me 3 pieces of plantain foran up charge. On top of that the plantain was old soggy (drenched in oil) and cold. So disappointed and wasted my money. I hadJamaican food from jerk pit 3 days ago and that was by far the best I?ve had and had actually good portions (if anyone lookingfor actual good Jamaican food) Read more

But they gave some gross ???? sauce that is yellow it looks like throw up . This is not jerk sauce . I am beyond disgusted iwill never eat here again . I brought 2 plates of food and they both are gross ????.. Read more

Discovered this place by chance and absolutely LOVE it! SERIOUSLY top notch Caribbean fare! Two things keep it from 5... stars... 1. Make sure you have time to wait on your order! They are BUSY (rightfully so) and take some time to keep up with theorders. Worth the wait if you can!!! 2. And this one hurts...I absolutely ADORED their Coco Bread when I started going here ayear or so ago. Buttery, warm, melt in your mouth goodness. Then, something changed. The texture and structure is completelydifferent and it tastes, I hate to say, like it might have been frozen at some point. I absolutely understand employing timesaving measures when the food is all so lovingly and time consumingly prepared. But, I miss having the Coco bread with my beefpatties, steamed veggies, and rice and peas. Long wind way of saying, your food is amazing. PLEASE bring back the original Cocobread. Read more

I am writing this after my second negative experience with the service provided by the employees at this restaurant. First time,... I placed an order only to find out after waiting in the store for half an hour that they had run out. When I complained aboutthe lack of communication and wasted time, I was told that was my problem. Second time, I walked in, was ignored. I finally gotto place my order but the lady continued with the tasks she was engaged with. I asked to be attended to promptly and wasinformed that I was rude and I should leave the store. I was told that they didn?t need my patronage. I really hope the qualityof customer service provided by the employees will not lead to the demise of this store. That?s a story we see too many timeswith black-owned businesses. Needless to say, I won?t be back and I will be telling everyone I know about my terribleexperiences. Read more
