I am not new to Red Robin but today was a good day. The service and our waitress was the bomb. She was really nice at the time... was 12:00 and and I was sitting in the main dining in the middle section not too far from the door. Came to use the b~day reward. The hostess was friendly. Server didn't greet us when he came to the table. Asked for fries while... me and my kids wait for food and never received them. Service is always good. And, if management reads this, please for all things good and tasty, COOK THE FRIES LONGER!! Even asking... for them "well done" proves to be a waste of time.
