Don't eat there. I literally ordered a pizza today and there was something wrong with the dough and you couldn't see any of the... bacon. The worker stated that she could see the pizza didn't look right but still opted to sell it to me knowing it wasn'tright. A frozen pizza from Walmart would have been a better quality then what I was served today. I wasn't offered a refund eventhough I acknowledged the problem before I even left the window. Huge thanks to the staff working tonight, especially Gary! I ordered food and paid online. I was about 20 minutes late for... picking up our food. When we arrived the woman behind the counter was unable to locate the order. Gary came out and was 100%honest that we're all human and make mistakes. A lady came in said her name was Lisa and my order was accidentally handed out!Gary took care of our entire order and made it all fresh and FREE! Even got a Free 2liter and sauce for waiting. Food wasamazing and service was even better! I myself work customer service and understand we're all human and make mistakes! You wentabove and beyond to correct the issue and quickly. We ordered two pizzas, one with sausage with a cheese stuffed crust and one with sausage and bacon. Received two pizzas only... sausage no stuffed crust. Extremely disappointed that both pizzas were wrong, and with the price paid we will be ordering from abetter local alternative in the future. I recommend Vals pizza personally, they have always made the correct order and havesimilar pricing for better product. Read more
Have not had any problems with rude workers so far! Food has been pretty good! Sometimes it's a little more done then what we... like. And they don't always send forks when you order a salad. But overall I'm happy! Just wish their app wouldn't mess upsometimes when you want to order online. Read more
