I would give this a 5 star for the food quality, however as my husband and I were leaving this establishment I was getting in... the car and seen some girl (she had short blonde hair with purple in it) vape while inside the restaurant! Not only that, butblew it towards where the food is prepped. That is absolutely disgusting. Not only that, but they forgot a part of my order, andmy husband asked if he could get said part, she told him to “hold on” while she finished her conversation. Love this sandwich shop. Quick delivery in the area and this JJ's also has a drive thru. It's convenient but usually jammed... packed during the lunch rush. Would recommend ordering on the app and walking in to pick it up rather than waiting in line atthe drive thru. Read more

This job has a very disrespectful assistant manager, her first name is Lonny. Does not care about new employees and does show... favoritism. Manager will not address issue either.
