The building is brand new and beautiful! Absolutely loved it, the menu is creative and diverse for a sandwich shop. The staff... was friendly and helpful. This is the 4th time I?ve gotten a sandwich to go and it looks awful there?s meat on half my sandwich, lettuce on half as well... and it?s just such terrible service when it?s to go!!!! Do better!!! Last time my meat wasn?t even on my sandwich! It was justin the wrapper next to the bread. Read more
All the hype... It was ok. The Tomato Bisque soup was ok. Almost tasted either old or over heated, or both. Sandwiches were OK... but nothing to write home about. I guess I was expecting a Schlotsky Sandwich (part of McAlister's) which are awesome! The girltaking our order was pretty lifeless and must have been nearing the end of her shift. Our first time there and felt like we wereleft on our own to figure things out. Maybe we'll try one of the potatoes next, but as for the sandwiches, probably not. Read more
