Went through the drive thru. Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, everything including lettuce and tomato, no onions. Server... said, ok, you want a deluxe quarter pounder no onions. I said fine. Simple order, or so I thought. Sandwich arrived, the boxstated what I ordered. Inside the box was a quarter pounder with pickle, & mayo. Went back through the drive thru, was told Ihad to "park over there and someone will bring your order out". After 15, yes, 15 minutes a young man came out handed me the bagand left. Inside was a box again stating what I had ordered, inside the box were two overcooked, dry, hamburgers with cheese ona bun, extra onions. It did gave lettuce and tomato this time. How can you screw up a quarter pounder TWICE?! Gave up and droveoff. Very disappointing, will never return. ???? Read more

My husband and I worked for McDonald's HQ in Chicago for 20+ years. What we witnessed here was nothing short of appalling. I... wanted iced tea and was told "It is kept in the back. We charge extra for it" WHAT? Totally against pricing policy and tea isliterally the cheapest thing to have on stock. My husband's order was wrong. Then we were told our food couldn't come on a traybecause "they were all dirty." OMG Wash them! The manager was half dressed in a filthy shirt that did not fit her so it wasmostly unbuttoned. Two people came in from the DRIVE THRU because 1) they were overcharged and 2) given each other's orders. Weknow it is hard to mix up orders at the Drive Thru and you have to be crooked to be overcharging. The register system doesn'tlet you do it! TO THE OWNER: The wheels are off this bus. Get in there and fix things while you still can. We have seen storesslide into oblivion over this kind of terrible service. Read more
