They told me they don't do jet's boat. That's all I wanted was a colzone style but he didn't even know what I was talking about... and said they only make deli doats. I am Confused by this. Unfortunately order a small pizza instead and was not a satisfiedcustomer! Read more

I love Dominos Pizza. That said, avoid this particular store as they continually fail to get an online order made right,... sub-par items, and most importantly, the owner doesn't care about any complaints. Even contacting Corporate, they pass thebuck back to the franchise owner who never will talk to a dissatisfied customer. Read more
Since moving back to Michigan in 2020 we have loved Jet?s Pizza! But our recent experiences with the Oxford location, both in... person and via text have significantly dimmed our opinion. Due to dietary concerns we need to order our pizza without cheese onhalf of the pizza. For some reason they don?t seem to understand what this means. We?ve tried to order via text ... which goesthrough a California based call system, and they try to give us two pizzas ... one with cheese and one without. So we opted toforego the discount and call the local store direct. Our last effort takes the cake ... called the Oxford location, described tothe associate very specifically what?re wanted, ?One large, thin crust veggie pizza with cheese on one half.? What did we get... a large, thin crust pizza with veggies on one half, no cheese, and only tomato sauce on the other half. We?re at a loss asto how to resolve this obvious disconnect between their order system and the kitchen other than to taking our businesselsewhere. Read more

I order here often as I live 2 min away. Within the last 3 months, I have been double charged once and contacted the store to no... avail. Today, I received my 2 piece order (Meaty Pizza, Custom Boat). Both were incorrect as to how I ordered them online. Iordered Cajun crust on both my products and specified extra on the boat and there was no Cajun on either. On the pizza I alsorequested turbo crust, garlic, and butter on the crust and it was missing all the flavors except for the turbo crust on thepizza. I will be finding a different Jets in attempt to avoid these problems. Read more
