I love tropical smoothie! But the service has declined tremendously! This location has been one of the worst. I walked in at... 10am not one customer in drive thro nor in the lobby, the guy told me he isn't taking orders inside and that I have to go to thedrive thro... like really bro? I only wanted one smoothie. Is it really that hard? I would have waited. I'm not impatient atall. I had a banana berry smoothie of some kind and a chicken caesar wrap and really enjoyed both. My only real criticism with the... food is that there was a bit too much chicken on the wrap and not enough of the lettuce and other toppings. It was like amassive piece of chicken with a little bit of lettuce and other stuff around it to fill it in (like 80%-20% chicken tolettuce/toppings), where as I would prefer it to be the other way around with more lettuce and less chicken. I suppose I couldask if they could make it that way next time though, because if so, it would have been amazing, as the ingredients were fresh,the dressing was delicious and the overall flavor was amazing.
