Check your order they like to forget things they forgot my blueberry muffin that I payed for with points and I got a mountain... bew from the drink machine and it was absolutely disgusting it might as well just been carbonated water that was yellow thisplace use to be amazing but they have gone hill quite a lot recently I really wish that they would fix domestic instead of justpinning it off on someone else or saying it's your fault Read more
Not sure what was up with this location. Around 15 people waiting for food for up to 45m after ordering. Food was not coming... out to those waiting and we waited 35m after ordering. We finally got our meal to go and sandwich wrapper looked as though ithad been opened and repacked a number of times. We noticed the staff checking bags continually opening wrappers etc to checkorders. Our sandwich spilled out all over the bag and floor when we pulled it out. They had planets if staff 5-6 in kitchenprep area but did not seem to function as a team well. Also we were told breakfast could not be ordered but they were stillmaking it. Read more
The people at this location are super friendly. They always have fresh delicious treats anytime I stop by. My favorite are the... frosted cookies! They change the shape every season but the flavor always remains the same. A light lemony meringue and a softdelicious cookie, how can you go wrong?! Also, I work for Uber eats as well and anytime I pick up an order they're extremelyquick and make pickup orders a priority, I like some other places in town where you have to wait 10 to 15 minutes to pick up anorder that should have already been ready. I hate to say it but customer service has gone down at this location as I ordered atoasted bagel with cream cheese and didn't receive the cream cheese so after I made my Uber deliveries I called to let themanager know what happened he refused to give me a different toasted bagel since mine is now cold and he can not re-toast it. Hesaid "well, we gave you a toasted bagel and that's what you ordered", I said,"yes with cream cheese and you didn't give it to meso now it's cold" he said "I'm sorry there's nothing I can do." I find it highly ridiculous that this man refused to provide mewith a replacement for the items I ordered and I will not be stopping at or recommending this location. I'd hate to see if Iordered a more costly item and it was unsatisfactory because clearly he was absent spirited or minded the day of training whenthey went over customer service! We ordered a margarita today from Panera but unfortunately we found this nylon in the cheese. I hope they take this seriously.
