The first time i ordered i didn't receive my fries with the meal and i didn't get my cookies, second time i ordered i got my... fries but they were sort of stale, i once again didn't receive my cookies. The Double quarter pounder meal that I ordered at the Drive thur on Wednesday at 9:00 P.M. on Nov. 9, 2022 was really greasey.... When I was eating the Double quarter pounder my hands were full of oil. This incident happened on Rose and Fifth St., In Oxnard,California. We went through drive through for 4 sausage and egg mc muffins and 1 large coffee. The person at the speaker told us the total... would be $50 which we found very suspicious, so we went along with it. When we arrived at the drive through window (where yougive them money and they hand you the change), we payed in a $100 bill, the cashier told us the change would be $86, but uponcounting it, it was only $36. I checked the receipt and my suspicions were correct, the person had only counted it as a $50 billand had most likely pocketed the rest for herself. Please have her fired, this happened at 605 s rose ave Oxnard, Ca 93030 a7:51 am, 11/08/2022. I didn?t catch her name but I think the person handing the food (at the next window) was also in on itbecause she said the change was correct even though it clearly wasn?t. my moms burger was pink inside and still raw.. there ice machine wasn?t working, and they even had corporate in there. service... was bad had 6 people waiting in line just for there food, the lady in front was taking her sweet time. there was only one personin the front taking orders. Read more
