Red Robin used to be pretty good. Today wasn't that day. When we came in and seated, we weren't offered flatware, or water, or... napkins. We asked for ice water, silverware, and napkins with our order, they never came. The food was lukewarm. I was sad, RedRobin used to be good. My friend wasn't impressed. The restaurant wasn't as clean as we remembered. All of the staff hadreally long, pointy pressed on nails. They were friendly enough, but didn't bring the things we requested. They seemedpreoccupied and a little scattered. We were bummed, we payed a lot $15.89 a burger, for very little enjoyment or service. Read more
I haven't eaten at a Red Robin in years because I was never impressed with their food. Mom wanted to go tonight and we went.... Nothing has changed. Six to eight items on the menu were healthy. I did like my grilled chicken sandwich. Mom had the fish andchips. The fish was a little tough, tasteless, and too much grease in it. I took a couple of Mom's fries and you know they'regood but they're not great. It'll be years again before I ever go back to any red robin. Read more
I would rate the food and service here about 4 stars. Note for Delivery drivers: this location is also a ghost kitchen/virtual... restaurant which will show up in Uber Eats labeled as "Chicken Sammy's" , "Mr.Beast Burger", "Fresh Set", or "The Wing Dept.".There are no signs for those brands, just go inside and talk to the employees like normal. They are usually nice to drivers,and their bathrooms are nice, but it can be a long wait sometimes. Read more
Red Robin is sadly on the decline. Walked in there a couple of days ago during lunch hour only to find the... waitress/hostess/bartender having lunch as well....after a while we were sat and taken our orders. Their cups are horribly wornout and so it's their menu. Sadly my burger wasn't smiling, rather looked like a jack in the box meal but much more expensive.We ordered an appetizer of wings only to find out they were frozen wings, how did we find out? The middle of the wings was stillfrozen. $70 out the door after 2 burgers, frozen wings, 2 sodas and an overworked waitress. I had the 14" Thin Crust Serious Meat Pizza with a coke.The other person in the party had a mushroom burger with sweet potato... fries and a water. I thought the pizza tasted quite good,and the thin crust had a great crunch.I asked for some tabasco andranch for the pizza,and the friendly waitress kindly obliged.I could not finish the pizza on my own for sure. I took it home forbreakfast.The other person enjoyed the sweet potato fries and the mushroom burger.They did say that even wrapping a napkinaround the burger to eat it,it was still just a little bit messy to them.
