Drive through sucks for SUVs and trucks. Getting in and out is a chore everytime!
In a great are, customer service is not great. I ask for the key to restroom, my 4 yr old needed to go badly, and there like "... it's busy, and there was a second restroom I was like can I use the other one it's an emergency, she looked at me and she said."No I said it's for employees only, I was like ok. My daughter couldn't holt it. And luckily a lady come out of other one we wentin and there is water all over, paper all over. We come out and I told them. The restaurant is so expensive for a fast food chain and considering the amount of food offered, it's laughable. I paid ~$25 for... 3 Doritos Locos tacos and 2 chicken chalupas. Both with medium drinks. On top of that, my order came with an additional crunchytaco which was left out.
