For me, it's always a perfect caramel frappe or latte with whip! Yum. Only coffee bean and tea leaf can make them like that
Good drinks but customer service could be A LOT BETTER! I've been going for months and I see the same unfriendly clerks.
Customer service is unfortunately quite slow and appears inefficient. They need a new staffing algorithm or something. Nice to... have a decent alternative to Starbucks though. Read more
