I went to a different B&J yesterday and ordered the same thing and it was great. This store is absolutely awful by comparison.... Definitely avoid them. They were out of several flavors for starters. I asked for 4 small cones. The worker blatantly ignored meand tried to upcharge me using large (+$1.75) waffle cones (+$2.99) instead. I told him I didn't ask for this and he justshrugged his shoulders and said I already made them. After arguing with them for a minute, instead of remaking them theybegrudgingly agreed to remove the waffle cone charge at the cashier but still charged me for larges. Read more
