The drive through microphone was not working or the worker pretended she couldn?t hear me. After waiting 5 minutes and blowing... my horn, I drove around. I asked if the worker could take my order at the window. The worker then said that the microphone wasworking and suggested that I drive around and get back in line behind 3 cars or come in. I asked if she could take my order atthe window and she said no. I drove away. Horrible customer service !!! Find another Popeyes to patronize. Read more
Make sure you check your food before you leave the store, a couple days ago I went to this store and I order to go and the guy... who took my order INTENTIONALLY miss 3 pieces of chicken, When I confronted him he?s answer was that they don?t have anymoremild chicken and I ask him to give me more of the spicy and he did . Now I?m wondering how many times have he done this toothers customers. If you order is not complete when you get home , many of us won?t go back driving in traffic to file acomplaint that?s why I recommend to check your order before leaving the store. I hope the employees are not doing this undermanagement instructions so they can make more money. At the end I did talk to the manager and complaint but definitely not goingback to this location.
