I went to this location on yesterday. I had a coupon that you get in the mail for a footlong sandwich for 6.99. I know the new... sandwiches are not apart of the coupon so I order a regular sandwich. The cashier tried to ring up the coupon and after severalattempts then says we don't take this coupon. I have use this coupon at other subway without a problem. With me retiring fromretail doing thirty five years I would have done something instead of having customer walk out the door. I was taught customersatisfaction was the number one priority. Really exceptional Tania is really nice person and professional i extremely recommend this place.
I order at 7:00pm for my sandwich to be ready at 7:45pm by 8pm they lost my ticket and would not look up my food and would not... give me a refund. Manager was not sympathetic and refused a refund. The service was lousy. The cashier didn't speak English well enough to communicate with me and answer questions asked. They... didn't honor my coupon and told me they would take it on my next trip. First time in this store in a couple of years. Idon't know if there has been a staff change. However, I refuse to utilize this location anymore. The sandwich wasn't good,the lettuce and tomatoes were bad. I asked for specific tomatoes and still received what the server chose to give me.
