Placed an order through Door Dash. Order showed up and the drinks were missing. Called the store and started expressing my... displeasure about the missing items. The first employee I talked to said whatever the problem is we?re gonna make it right, andthen handed off the phone to the Manager on duty (Radon). I shared the same information with the Manager and he stated theydidn?t have any drinks shown in the order, and that if I came up there and showed them proof they would give me my drinks. Itold him well that defeats the purpose of using Door Dash, and asked what I needed to do for them to make this right? Radon toldme the main manager would be there tomorrow and that I could talk to him. The funny part is that i?m being told they didn?t showanything that said they owed me drinks, yet the receipt that?s on the outside of the bag shows 2 drinks. Guess the receipt justput itself on the bag. I told him I would just talk to the manager tomorrow and have a good night. Radon just hung up the phonewith no response. Read more
This place needs a refresher in kindness, friendless, and just good customer service. The food was just OK. Good enough for... fast food. Read more
I've only been twice but the food is always hot and yummy ????.
The place just looks dirty and the be having a horrible attitude. Haven't been since 2019 so maybe changes have been done.
