The drive thru were nice and friendly. I took my family to get blizzards, but I'm not this is still going, they have that... advertisement where they flipp the blizzard over and if the ice cream drops in the ground, it's a free blizzard. When we wentto the pay for the blizzard I notice one of the employees take the blizzard from a look like cooler/refrigerator out and thenthey did the flip of the blizzard.. is that false advertisment??? Swung through for a quick supper on our way into the city. Food was fast, hot, and accurate. Ice cream was consistent and... perfect. Much better than our local Puyallup location. Read more
Every time I come to this Dairy Queen everybody that?s in the drive-through because the drive-through is only open they?re rude... so rude they don?t even greet the customers at all. Someone needs to teach these young adults customer service skills. Read more
Went through the drive thru 8/25/22 for two blizzards. When we got to the window found our blizzards had already been sitting on... the counter melting. The rude young girl at the window was immersed in a conversation with a coworker. She finally took my bankcard and proceeded to continue with her conversation, all the while our order continued to sit there melting. When she finallyhanded back the card they attempted to shove the melted blizzards at us without turning them upside down is the company'spractice. I questioned them on this and when she turned them over they dripped all over the counter, but they refused to remakethem. After getting home I found that one blizzard wasn't even what we ordered!!!
