Excellent spot for lunch with an even better view! This place is pretty popular so expect a wait if you're coming in on the... weekend. The view truly can't be beat, if the weather allows it I would highly reccomend sitting outside. We got the bbq burgerand clam chowder, the burger was incredible, some of the best fries I've ever had. I would skip the clam chowder next timehowever. Overall I would highly reccomend this place! Outstanding place to stop by for a bite to eat while sipping on an ice cold beer. And you can?t top the view from the back deck... either. Truly gorgeous. Enjoyed lunch with three of my girlfriends on a Wed, and we still had about an hour wait for a tableeven though it was a weekday, but it wasn?t too terrible considering they take down your phone number and give you a call whenyour table is ready. So you aren?t forced to wait at the restaurant itself the entire time. So we were able to roam aboutfreely. I had the Spicy Burger which made my mouth water, it was so tasty, and the Beak Breaker Double IPA which I also reallyenjoyed, given that it was super hoppy, which I personally love. Overall, 5 out of 5. Will definitely return on my next visitto Pacific City. Read more

I don't know what the fuzz is about this place. It's pretty much on the beach and it's a brewery, which are probably the only... added values. No need to come here for the food! It's hard to get a table here and they even sent us away the first night, twohours before closing because they said their wait-list was more than 2 hours long. We saw maybe 20 people waiting and about athird of the tables were empty. They're so popular but close at 8pm!? Makes no sense. We got in the next day but only becausewe managed to sneak ourselves at the bar. We finally got to taste the food and don't understand why people are so desperate toget in here. It's all overrated. Not bad, just average. Read more

The service was good. And really tasty craft root beer. But there were few seafood options (I?m not a fan of cod), so I asked... whether I could have a salmon burger rather than a regular burger. After checking with the kitchen, the server placed the orderfor me. She did not think to come back and tell me that not only would I be charged the $20 for the burger (which I did not getoffered the chance to take home) I would be charged another $10 for the small piece of salmon on the bun. So I paid $30 for atasty but not worth it salmon burger. We won?t be back. I guess this place is very popular because of the location and proximityto the beach, or maybe it?s the alcohol. Besides the overpriced food, the parking situation is also a problem without clearsignage or parking validation. The large parking lot on the right side of the restaurant charges $10 for day use, so I?d suggestskipping that. But the parking lot directly in front of the restaurant is packed, and has very small spaces. It?s a challengingsituation for anyone not driving an economy car to fit in the space without risking getting doors dented. Generous portion on myfries but not on my husband?s, who had the fish and chips. He liked his food and the pile of fries I added to his plate. Decentexperience until the end, but we were left with a bad taste in our mouths when we saw the inflated check. Desserts are $11,ouch! Read more

The IPAs are good and food here is presented nicely. Burger was good size, but for $20, it wasn?t one to write home about. ... I?ve had just as good, if not better, at other chain restaurants or breweries for cheaper. Did enjoy our waiter Josh?he was fullof personality and very attentive to needs. Read more
