I’m told this is the best view in town ad I believe it. Spectacular ocean views. Make a reservation if you don’t want to sit... I the bar area. I was there during happy hour and had two delicious mojitos for $8 a piece. I also a had a cup of clam chowderand the lobster Mac n cheese. I have a beef with clam chowders that taste like bacon. There were plenty of clams in thischowder, but it tasted like bacon. I’d rather taste the clams, but this seems to be pretty common unfortunately. The lobsterMac and cheese was good. Come for the view and live piano, if anything. Had the 3 course Brunch; Great Bloody Mary, Oysters were poorly shucked with a... lot of sand & shell, Prime Rib was average. Truly spectacular experience! We were celebrating and they seated us in a beautiful corner booth overlooking the sunset. All the... food was delicious and spot on. Highlights were clam chowder (the most flavorful one I’ve ever had), the full seafood tower(super fresh oysters, yummy ahi tuna, great crab), and the seafood pasta (the broth was so deep and rich!). The atmosphere is extremely beautiful with the sunset as long as there's no fog. Luckily we were there at the perfect day and... time. The food was mediocre, nothing is wrong with it, but I did expected better for the price of the food. The service wasalmost non-existent since never did the waiter ever came by to check up on us and did take about 20 minutes to checkout. Overall, it's still a great place with the breath taking experience. It just unfortunate that the service and food fellshort of expectation considering the price. This is a one time thing for the experience and be done with it. Read more
