Mad local! Peach pie had a buttery, flaky crust filled with perfectly cooked peaches; not soggy or soft. The filling was... slightly bland- it might have needed more spices, lemon juice, or sugar. But I had it cold, so it's hard to say. I also had abrown butter cookie, which had a crisp, browned exterior with a gooey, chewy interior. Everything I like in a chocolate chipcookie. I will definitely be back to try more from Shampa's. I have since been back to Shampa's, and I picked up the lemon chessand apple pies. The lemon chess was outstanding, like a lemon bar with pie crust. Apple filling was nicely toothsome and wellspiced. Crust was lovely as always. Got another chocolate chip cookie too, don't miss those. Read more

Had wanted to visit this place since reading about Haruwn Wesley, the owner, passing away in a surfing accident. There is a... large photo of him visible from outside the store. Bought 3 mini pies- key lime, sweet potato, strawberry rhubarb cobbler- allwere delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. Wished I lived closer so I could support them more often...! Highlyrecommend. Read more

Last minute holiday pie order, and every place I found online was sold out, except this one. Extremely unassuming, bizarre... location. Horrible website (to be honest). I called to see if I could place an order (because unlike every other pie shop, theydidn't have a sold out indication on their website), and was told to please order online via a very difficult to understandtelephone conversation. So I really had zero confidence in the place and decided to make backup plans for dessert just incase. Turns out, let them be located where they are and have a horrible website because they're sticking to what they do. Andthat's bake delicious pies! Bustling business for order pickup (because that's all there is now). And the inside looks like whatyou'd expect a professional, European pastry shop to look like. And it's not for show! The pies are amazing. Outstanding. Don'thesitate to order from here if you're a bit leary of the website and the location. The pies are phenomenal. And to be honest,I'm not a pie person (really only at Christmas and Thanksgiving is when I eat pie). I got the sampler pack to try a variety. (Ialmost gave up on the website because you actually order the selection at the end when you're paying, not at the beginning whenyou're ordering, despite the look of it. Like I said, horrible website! Also, speaking of website, I had to do it on my phonebecause I couldn't do it from my computer due to a long running script error I kept getting; not sure if that's a known issue.)The only thing concerning about the sampler pack when I first saw it is how small the individual pies are therein. Turns out thepies are filled to the brim with filling and, after a large holiday meal, were large enough for three adults and two toddlers toshare and have a meaningful and savoring taste of each. Didn't need the back up plans at all! Like I said, I'm not a pieperson, but I think Shampa's just made me become one and I'll have to go back and order more to enjoy! Read more
