OPEN TUESDAY'S ONLY The food has so much authenticity and I have never tried food like this from a Sushi Truck. The Beef Bowl... had juicy and tender meat with fresh vegetables. I'm so excited that on Tuesdays I can have a healthy and delicious meal near mypad. I highly recommend this Sushi Truck. The only bad thing there really stingy when it comes to sauce you send forty dollarsfor two people and only get one sauce. The concept is to have customers return not leave. Read more

Update they don't have the food truck anymore and are located at the the panorama city indoor swap meet on the second floor next... to Burro Gol. I wish there was a 0 star option but there isn't. Honestly I'm disappoint that this had to happened to me. Butsadly the sushi rice had an overpowering vinegar taste and smell which unbalanced the flavor of the rolls. I couldn't handle itat all and had to throw it away. I asked for a refund the next day they didn't give it to me at all even though I explained theproblem and the owner/manager I believe. Giving me a respond that he can't give me a refund at all since I didn't bring back thefood why am I gonna be bringing food back to the restaurant the very next day and telling me that sushi rice is supposed to havean overpowering vinegar taste and smell that doesn't make sense at all. What kind of respond is that since I've tried sushibefore and believe me there isn't supposed to be an overpowering vinegar taste and smell. Plus the rice was overcooked and thesushi looked like it was about to fall apart. What is the point of opening a restaurant if your not gonna give customer theirmoney back when you know you messed up the rolls while serving them those rolls .Also you'll be charge a $0.75 card fee that thecashier don't mention at all when paying.
