Server was great, just had a RBF but seemed very sweet. The only issue was the app wouldn't let me redeem my birthday wings. So... that kind of was a downer for my birthday dinner. Great food overall! Read more
I just ate here a couple days ago. The food was good and didn't wait to long. I just have a problem with leaving a cash tip and... then I guess the waitress thought it was okay to add in more tip on my receipt after we left. The food was delicious. The service was poor. I received my food 30 minutes before my husband received his. I asked twice for... lemons and never got them. I got extra water I did not request or want and my husband was not offered a refill on his drink. Thewaiter was not personable. We had to ask for our check and then when he said we could pay with our phones I said we didn't wantto, he still asked us again to pay with our phones and again we said no. I visited this place twice in a week. Both visits were good. Service as well. I will return. 1st visit: sat at the bar- ... Bartender was Jamaica. She made me feel welcomed. She was friendly and warm, funny and very hospitable. She was fast and greatat her job! Strawberry Lemonade. Also a shot of Vodka. She followed directions well and fixed my order as I asked. Bad experience all the way around. It started with sitting down and having staff clean around us without telling us the section... was closed. Followed by ordering a simple dinner 2 chicken Caesar salads and a couple order of wings and fries - waiting 30+minutes for the order (keep in mind there may have been 15 people total in the entire place). Once the order did show the Caesarsalads had zero dressing on them. Wait staff no where to be found. When I was able to flag them down it still took another 10minutes to retrieve dressing. I could go on but it?s not worth it. A terrible experience all the way around about as good as Ican rate it. I can?t imagine if it would have been actually busy - probably not explains why it wasn?t.
