We have visited this store on each of our visits to Pagosa Springs. This morning (10/18/2022) I showed the cashier an on-line... coupon for 1/2 pound of caramels with a $45 purchase before tax. Our total was over $50 before tax. The cashier said ourcoupon was old (yet it was on-line) so she wouldn't accept it. Very poor decision. We will never go back. At your request,please find attached a copy of the coupon we had from Club Wyndham Vacation Sidekick (minus my name and Wyndham #). It clearlysays a free 1/2 pound of caramel with purchase of $45 before taxes. The expiration date is November 22, 2022. Read more

Five years ago and for years a 5 star. Of course haven't traveled in a few. Couldn't wait to go back and take a "newbie" to the... shop. Man working, and want to be thankful there's a worker, barely provided service. Use to be greeted with or offered a storemade caramel. Best you can do is know product and get out. For years this store was a gem, now I regret recommending yesterday.Sad for the owner(s) and Wyndham should rethink recommending. Read more
