This was the first place we stopped for food once reaching the island, and I have to say, it was incredible. My wife and I are... big pizza connoisseurs, so we like to think that we know when pizza is actually good or not. For Flatbread Company, it'sfantastic. We had a split pizza with half Pork and Pineapple and the other half tomatoes and veggies on it. Both sides wereabsolutely delicious. The pizza is definitely a thin crust style, and from the pictures, you can see that the crust does cookextremely well and turns into this crunchy, savory treat. The drinks we had were also exceptional, and the beer selection atthe restaurant will definitely have something you will enjoy. As for the restaurant itself, it's this unique beach/surfer vibeyet really chill, with dark wood throughout, the pizza oven where you can see it and watch the cooks do their work, and agenerally relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Saw this on YouTube and was recommended as ?the best pizza in Maui?. Well, I guess maybe because there are not so many pizza... places in Maui? Ordered mushroom and pepperoni and I feel like the restaurant is very conservative on how much mushroom theywant to put on one pizza (see the photo). What a great spot in the small town of Paia, we have to to Maui more times than I can remember and we never made it to this spot... and we are truly thankful our friends brought us to Flatbread. The salads and pizza were phenomenal. Everything was fresh andtasty I ate myself into a food coma. The salads had a fresh tasty dressing that was amazing. Best wood fired pizza on the island. This was recommended to us by some local friends, and it did not disappoint. We had a half... and half between The P.E.and Pele Pesto. Both were awesome. They have a great offering of salad and desserts too, besides a widerange of pizzas. Must go if you like pizzas and are in the island. 2 days later - We went back here for some more. This time westarted with the salad (which was alright; not sure I'd get it again). We then had a half and half of the Special (zucchini andsquash on a garlic oil base finished with housemade ranch) and Paia Bay Ohana pizza. Both of them were quite good. Read more

Wow! This place lives up to it's title as best pizza on the island. We ate here once for a late lunch and also ordered take out... (must use their online app as they weren't taking orders over the phone). When we dined in, our waiter was super friendly andfun to chat with. The atmosphere is casual and fun. For take out, it's easy to grab your pizza and go. Our favorites were thePepperoni and Mushroom, and the Pele Pesto. The lilikoi cheesecake with coconut ice cream was a delicious dessert option too.
