This place was excellent. We think the food was a five but the place was a bit loud. There was a small party going on. Wife... had the rack of lamb and I had the New York Strip. I am not a New York strip fan and it was great. I usually get a Ribeye but Iwas already planning on eating Ribeye at my favorite restaurant the next day. Everything was cooked perfectly. The atmosphereand staff was very delightful. The wife and I are planning on returning and recommend this place. Read more

We were visiting relatives in Texas, and went to the Red Flame for dinner. It was over the top! Warm atmosphere, great service... and our meals were excellent! There is a great variety of foods to satisfy the most discriminating palate! We are from SanDiego, and it compared to a 5-star there.
