Le Snack? More like fine dining but from a food truck, in a shaded winery production building! The lunch special today was a... very creative skirt steak kebab with a mild Wisconsin gorgonzola, tomatoes, and shallot crisps. The local half peach“cheesecake pudding” dessert with toasted granola and Spanish Marco almonds was fabulous. Words don’t do it justice.We’d be eating here twice a week if we lived here.\n\nThis is a trained chef and experienced restaurant owner bringingcreative and very high quality dining to the valley. The food that Chef Mike prepares is fresh, creative and executed beautifully. We\'ve tried theBreakfast Sandwich, Beef and Lamb Gyro, Salade XXL and their multi course wine paired dinner.
