Horrible food and horrible customer service. The owner of the restaurant is incredibly rude, my mother called about her order... and the owner called her a ridiculous old lady and she must be used to eating at bad places. I have never been to a restaurantwith atrocious service like this. This isn't even worth the 1 star. I would rather spend double my money somewhere else. Read more
Making Lemonade out of Lemons. We decided to return to Zapata?s since we?ve always enjoyed the experience on our prior... visits. This visit had the potential to be a bad visit, however the Owner Alfonso made it happen!!! I ordered a plate thatwhen it hit the table I was Alarmed, since it contained Clams, I?m SUPER ALLERGIC!!! At first my wife and I switched plates,but I didn?t want what she ordered, nothing wrong just not my style. We mentioned the situation to the server, and they went toget the Owner Alfonso, and not only was he looking for a solution to this potentially Dangerous situation, but he was veryattentive. Alfonso offered to make me a NEW Plate, but was also understanding that we would take it home at this point. Iaplaude the TEAM and the Owner Alfonso,, there?s obviously a High Standard Culture at this Restaurant ???????????? We willreturn and I promised Alfonso that I would do a review and here it is.
