Always love this place every time I come and they make such incredible craft drinks...staff is great and so is the food... and... the knowledge the chef has about the food and where they get the best ingredients from even have a story. Mondays they havebrought in live musicians for a sexy vibe. Read more

Probably the best eating experience of my life! And as you can see by my reviews, we eat out alot! Between my wife and the kids,... we got almost every appetizer, main courses, and desserts. The food was AMAZING! Our bill was over $600. If you like espressomartinis, they are PERFECT! Read more

I know everyone loves this place but I just could not handle the acoustics. I saw that there are acoustic tiles in the ceiling... but they do not help, it was so loud. Server was polite and efficient. My pork was overcooked and yes, I know we could havereturned it but it took so long to get it to begin with. At that point I just wanted out. On the plus side the mashed sweetpotatoes were divine. I do miss the menu specials from the old location. Maybe will try again in the future, but only in thewinter and we will sit outside. Read more

I have heard fantastic rumblings of Coolinary, located in Palm Beach Gardens for quite a while, so it was about time I made my... way there for a meal. It’s not around the corner from me, so I had some high hopes that it would be worth the ride, and ChefLipman and his team did not disappoint. Located in a strip mall a short distance off 95, the restaurant is comprised of a bararea (The Parched Pig) which was jam packed this Saturday evening. As well as the dining room, aka, Coolinary. I do enjoysitting at a chefs counter when possible to watch the hard work and dedication that goes into these meals. The server was veryattentive and friendly offering some of her favorites which we decided to try. We started with the shrimp and grit croquettesalong with the cauliflower gratin. The croquettes were skillfully prepared and while enjoyable, we’re a bit confusing for meserved atop a marinara sauce. It did just didn’t make a whole lot of sense imo. The gratin however, was delicious. A hugehelping heaping portion of cheesy, flavorful and tenderly cooked cauliflower served with several crispy pieces of speck made ita dish worthy of repeating. Moving on to the pork chop and pictured skirt steak. Both of which were delicious. The pork chop wasjuicy and grilled perfectly. Served with a lovely apple hash and sweet potato purée. The prime skirt steak was coated in anespresso bean dusting and moist as can be. I really enjoyed it. The sautéed Brussels that accompanied the generous piece couldhave been a bit crispier for me, but still rather enjoyable. Sadly there was no room for dessert, all of which looked dreamy. Will have to certainly indulge next visit. Read more
