Dined in a party of four. Kitchen knows zip about food timing. 2 fried chicken, 1 pizza and 1 burger. Burger must have been made... first and lingered until pizza was done. Burger came with cold fries and patties that were actually cupped from heater. Nevermind that the cheese was puddled in the cupped preformed pattie. When told of the sad state of this plate host was happy tomicrowave the whole plate...... Fearing for retaliation against me I let it go. Will say the chicken was average. Read more
2 not 1 for the ambience. Food was served late and all came at once, a side was not served but charged (which was adjusted after... pointing). Everything was salty - from mashed potatoes, chicken to pizza. And the salad wasn?t fresh at all. The leaves weresoft and close to welting. Extremely disappointed with the service - asked the waiter to come back in 5 min to get the plates,we were about to leave and he didn?t give us space to get out and in-fact took away the plate that had half a slice of my pizzathat I was still eating. For a cocktail, wine, salad, pizza and chicken we paid over $120 and shockingly 18% gratuity wascharged for 2 adults and 2 kids (toddlers) Very surprised for the brand image PGA has around the world. Slow, nonexistent service, terrible pizza, and the fish entrees were fair. The restaurant was not busy. Stick to the upstairs... where the service is excellent.
