Absolute joke! every time make an order I'm just waiting for someone to call 15 minutes later to tell me for any number of... unnamed excuses why my food won't be delivered, once again 15 minutes after I put my order in I get a phone call telling me thatI'm not going to receive my order even though I have an email receipt telling me time of delivery. I would leave zero Stars if Icould you can't charge somebody give them a receipt and then CONSTANTLY cancel, it's like playing Russian roulette if you'regoing to get your order, see the attached photo. Hello, I ordered a pizza from county line in Juno beach at 5:35pm and at 6:35pm I called customer service and was told that... there was a glitch and my delivery guy would be here soon. 10min went by called again and spoke to another person and was toldthat he was running late and is pulling into my driveway in about a minute. 10min went by called again and he said that he wasstuck in traffic, that was a lie it only takes 7min to get to my drop off location from the restaurant. Spoke to manager afterand she would not comp my order for pizza of $20 and only refund me after I?ve been waiting for a pizza for over an hour and ahalf explaining I don?t want a cold pizza. Spoke to county line pizza and they said they pick it up an hour ago? My family washungry waiting and for my time waiting and having for me to drive and pick up my pizza myself she didn?t want to pay for mypizza. She couldn?t even give me a coupon, discount towards my next order nothing. Super rude and all customer service basicallylied to me over the phone for 30min of my time when I could?ve picked it up in that time.
