Photo 1- Chicken Teriyaki (asked for vegetables on the side) The meal came with no sauce at all. Photo 2- Swimming Angel (asked... only for sauce on the side) This meal is supposed to come with spinach and cashews as well, and it did not. When I called therestaurant and asked for the food to be remade correctly or for a refund for what was done wrong, I was told that it was myfamily's fault for the incorrect order and that nothing would be done to correct it. The experience/customer service washorrendous and it's a disgrace to treat people so horribly. They were given one star because the sushi was yummy. Read more
My wife and I love this place. The sushi rolls are great and the appetizers are always good too. The service is hit or miss. Pro... tip - ask for a refill when the food is served and request the check when the last plate of food is delivered. Seems to work forus. For the value and quality of food, we will keep going. Just to let you know I've been coming to sushi Yama both locations Boca and Plam Beach Gardens for many of years Brought my... family of 5 back after the pandemic very disappointed low quality sushi medium grade meal for high price very disappointed. Ifeel I could have went to Publix and got a better sushi meal for what I paided And received. I ordered an entire boat for 2 andit was low quality sushi and very displeasing.
