Enjoyable, early lunch two days after Hurricane Ian blew through. Restaurant is always clean, and staff work hard to make your... visit the best in the fast food industry! Waffle fries were hot and fresh. Diet Coke and 1/2 sweet-1/2 unsweet tea tasted good.(Drinks are always consistently good here). I tried the spicy grilled chicken sandwich. It didn't conform to the usual norm ofhigh quality CFA chicken sandwiches. Bun was a little dry, while the chicken breast was on the smaller side and only warm, nothot. I had my mobile app already when I pulled into the drive-through lane. The young lady attending, greeted me with that commonly... friendly response from Chick-fil-A employees. She promptly confirmed my order, and I continued towards the pick up windowwithout delay. It?s rare that any item requested is overlooked?. We missed the ketchup, but No big deal. It's CFA so you know what you're getting when you go there. Good food and friendly service. They made me a regular chicken... sandwich instead of the deluxe one but they didn't charge me extra for it so it's not that big of a deal. Parking lot felt alittle cramped. Read more

I have ordered from this Chick-fil-A store 7 to 10 times a month for the past two years. This store has gone down hill the past... few months. Sadly I have even spoken to the owner Glen regards to all the issues they seem to now have. I have never given a 1star to a Chick-fil-A before which is very sad. The past 10 orders I have placed with this store have been missing items. FromMilkshakes to fries, to sandwiches, to drinks, to desserts. I have made more than one contact to the local store as well as todistrict office who called me. I keep getting the standard "sorry" But nothing has changed. Even this week I was given an orderwith missing milkshakes. That was the main items in my order too! How could you miss the main item from an order. I have goneback in the orders and found one thing that was always the same. A driver named Raymond is always the same person with theseorders. Is this the reason that Mr. Raymond is not double checking the orders? or is it something else. No matter the issue Itmust be addressed leadership. At this point I feel I am just getting blown over and no one at this store even cares. I havegiven this store chance after change to fix these mistakes. I am not looking for more freebies coupons each time there is anissue. I am looking for things to change. It's called Leadership, Step up or step out!
