My experience at this subway 1230 Palm Coast Parkway NE on October 1, 2022. I place my order the nice young lady and l didn't ... get her name but she was very professional and polite after she finished my two sub's she give my sub's to this young man whowas the chaser. The cost of my order was $15.21 l give the young man a $20.00 he throw three dollars on the counter and nevergive me the rest of my change of 79 cents. I looked at him and just shook my head at his rudeness. First of all how he throw mymoney of the counter and secondly not giving me back my correct change. He was very rude and ignorant. I am a customer that iswhy he is there to service me and other customers if he can't do the job in a respectful manner why is he there. Although the good is good, it is just standard subway food. The lady working here this morning had a really bad attitude. She... was rude and acted like we were a problem. She forgot the cheese on one of our online orders. I went in to get the cheese andshe says that it was on the sandwich. I asked her where the cheese is and opened the sandwich. She said its right there! Andgrabs the sub and tears it open only to show no cheese. She then says, ill remake it. The whole time you could cut the tensionwith a knife. I?ve been to this subway before many times. Today was not a good experience. It was busy but that?s no excuse. They said they... ran out of bacon and after my sister in law ordered a different sub and they brought bacon back out. The subway artists was nothappy because she was throwing around the meats and cheeses and acted annoyed when we wanted a couple more subs made. The subswere basically thrown together, the lettuce was wilted and when we asked for things in our subs it was like too much work. We ordered two sandwiches on the app. Pick them up and bring them home only to find that the bacon was raw on the cold sand... which. The other sandwich bread was soggy with dressing when we only asked for lite sauce. Both of our sandwiches bread wasunder done. Upon returning the sandwiches for a remake we were met with a very rude manager that was unnecessarily rude to us.Didn?t get a name but she?s in there often and wears glasses. She gave us attitude about the complaint then proceeded to ignorethe rest of what we had to say. While remaking the sandwiches she got a call on her personal phone and proceeded to answer itinstead of making our sandwiches. Then when she finished them she didn?t hand them directly to us but instead but them in themobile pickup holder and said ?there ya go?. Not one apology or anything. The new sandwiches bread was still very underdone andwas made very poorly. We?ve been going to this subway for years and it?s always had issues.
