Delish Bistro. Wonderful place to spend a great evening. Went on Christmas night. The Owner Karine and our assistant Waiter... Oliver was very kind, attentive and very courteous. We were able to sit outside comfortably with our Dogs and still receiveoutstanding service. The food was fantastic. recommend Highly!! Read more

Owner... and chef Karine Gornes masterfully brings her unique touch to French classics and French American provincial top notch foodielevel cuisine! Having spent a lot of time in Paris, I can tell you her restaurant would be a sensation even in Paris. Heringredients are not commercial processed food, its gloriously fresh farm to table vegetables and meats. She also caters, andcatered our family Thanksgiving dinner for 40 people and it was exquisite!! Truly exceptional!! After having been to many restaurants in the greater Palm Springs area, I wanted to find somewhere new for lunch with my mom... following a visit to the Living Desert. Fortunately I found Delish in a Google search. It’s definitely a hidden gem and took abit of navigating to find but when I called to ask how to get there from the gate we arrived at, the restaurant was extremelyhelpful in explaining what number I had to punch in at the gate and how to find the restaurant and park from there. I thinkthere’s probably a main gate to enter that we missed though. As far as the experience, we had a delicious, healthy, peacefullunch (on a Monday) overlooking the pool and incredible desert vista! We both loved our meals — shrimp salad and pork banh mi.We also took housemade carrot cake to go and it was phenomenal! Highly recommend this place!
