I used to live here in Palm Desert and it's been 15 years since I've been back. Pacifica was my favorite spot and it still is.... They've always had the best calamari and the twin lobster tails melt in your mouth. On top of the food, the atmosphere isamazing with brilliant desert views from the outdoor patio and the service is top notch (shout out to Roxanne). Can't wait tocome back! Read more
Service was awesome. Staff were all attentive and friendly! Food was delicious. I ordered Seafood Stew. It reminded me of one of... my favorite dishes of all time, Cioppino. We went here for a late dinner (8:00 pm). Let me start by saying that the food was great, we split the Halibut ceviche which... was very tasty and each of us had the Halibut dinner which was very nicely prepared. David, our waiter, was very attentive. Theonly reason I do not give 5 stars is due to our hostess, when she pointed the table we had, I noticed that there was a boothopen and asked her to move us there. She made it sound like this was a big inconvenience, had us walk to the front of therestaurant just to tell us right away that 'she made it work' and we can sit at the booth. First time here, won't be our last. You can choose the bar, patio or dining room. Started with the best clam chowder I've had... here so far.
