I never had to microwave food at a restaurant myself because it was given to me cold ???? weird. And they looked at me like they... expected ME to do it as the customer. It was like a 25$ meal. Is this like a normal Panera thing? The coffee was nice though. Read more

PASS ON THIS PLACE! We stopped at this Panera on our road trip. It was conveniently located just off the freeway and the... bathrooms were clean. These are the only two positive things I can share. We placed our takeaway order and then proceeded towait for over 20 minutes for our food. We finally got our order and left. Once in the car we realized our order was missingutensils and an entire side order of tomato and cucumber salad. The grilled signature chicken sandwich was cold. The chipotlechicken avocado sandwich was luke warm. The steak and white cheddar sandwich was also cold, yet the cheese was melted. Allthese sandwiches were supposed to be hot. I called and ask for a refund but was told I had to come back in person. I asked tospeak with a manager and was told they were too busy and would need to call me back. I left my name and phone number but neverreceived a call back. What a rip off! Paid cold food and food I didn't even receive! Read more
I tried out the drive-thru... First time I have seen that at a Panera. And it was great! I was able to order a grilled Mac and... cheese sandwich and get it incredibly fast. I hear the sandwich was really good too! Read more

This is a restaurant... where you order at a counter, pick up your food and bus your own table. This location we will not be visiting again. Outdoorpatio dinning was offered in 95plus degree weather.
