Service here was fantastic, ordered my Items and they were made quickly and correctly, Jasmine an employee at this location is... such a great addition to this store not that all the employees here are not great, but she goes out of her way to try and writeas many positive and up lifting comments on cups as possible. It?s such a tiny act with such a huge impact. Went on a Friday night at 8:50, they close at 11. I ordered on the app, I walked in and saw one customer at a table and no one... in line. The staff were visibly doing closing prep for the night. I saw 4 staff members. My order was not at the pick uplocation so I let someone know I was there. I was given one drink and then waited for the rest of the order. At this point 2people had asked about my order. I purchased gift cards while I waited and the employee that helped me said he would have toopen the gift cards to load them, then asked for help getting another employee who didn't know, finally getting a manager fromthe back. Once they figured out the giftcard purchase I again asked about my mobile order. This was now the third person gettinginvolved. I said I didn't understand because I was literally the only customer inside. The drive thru was open, but had 2 cars.Then the manger asked my name, I told him he was now the 4th person handling my order. I was waiting for a bottle of water and 3bakery items, my other drink was ready. He told me I was supposed to just take the bottle water, I said I didn't know that and Iwanted a cold one, not room temp. He directed me to the cooler and I had to tell him it was empty. He said he only had roomtemp, I asked for a cup of ice, he said yes, but did nothing. An employee grabbed a bottle of water from a cooler behind thecounter and handed it to me, then the manger told him to get a cup of ice. I just left. No one was rude, just indifferent andhad no idea what they were doing, chatting and slowly making drinks for the two cars in the drive thru, while one person wastaking out the trash. I don't plan on going back to this location. They would never survive the volume of business I see in myhometown Starbucks. Read more
