I understand that they are understaffed. There is no reason to run two drive-thru lanes if you only have enough help to run One... drive through lane. Put cones up like every other place that needs to shut down a lane. There's no reason to take the orders outof order. And when I mention it to the manager don't give me an attitude and tell me that I should try it. I managed a quickservice restaurant for 5 years. I have done it. Love this place! The staff is very hard working and quick with the orders. I got my big order in less than 5 minutes. Mind that... my order was a meal for 4 adults and 2 kids. 5 out of 5 definitely would recommend! Read more
The manager Maria (spanish) here is disgusting and extremely rude. Doesn't know what customer service is and would rather upset... a frequent customer. She wanted to argue with me instead of correcting my order. She has no social skills and is working at thewrong job. She didn't want to correct my order because it would reflect on her shift. I am super upset with her and thisMcdonalds and I'm far from being done. This is just the start until the fix my stuff. We went here for years & stopped going for a few reasons. After going several years, the same employees acted like they never... saw us in their lives, no personality at all & overall unprofessional and rude. It?s like they are robots with bad training.Most of them do not speak very good English.
