First I would like to say we order from Westshore Pizza for many years now, never have we had a problem with the customer... service. I called and was immediately put on hold for almost 10 minutes when I called back I asked if they were busy and abouthow long it would be for delivery because she said yeah we?re busy and then said what do you want. I reiterated I need to knowhow long it?s going to take just a rough timeframe and she just very abruptly said ?normal time what do you want?. I gave her myorder she said wait and went off the phone for a little bit and came back and said cash or charge and I said are you speaking tome now and she said yes very nasty and at that point I said why are you being so aggressive I?m just trying to order a pizza.She said you?re the one that?s being rude LOL I told her to cancel my order she said fine and hung up on me. I eventually calledback and asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She put me on the phone with somebody else who was morethan polite took my order gave a timeframe for delivery it literally took her about a minute to get my order in and let me knowthe food will be there in about 45 minutes. Worst customer serviceI ever had with the first lady and the next lady was excellentat her job. With that said westshore pizza is delicious and awesome but you need a new manager!!! P.S. it?s been about sixmonths since we have been at Westshore pizza and decided to give it another try whoever answered the phone was very charming andpromptly took our order and as always the food was delicious. I?m glad we gave West shore another chance! hopefully we won?thave the same manager that young lady from earlier again because we will definitely be ordering from now on we missed eating atWestshore pizza .
