What happened to this place? It use to be charming, now it just looks like a fast food joint. Food wasn't very flavorful. Lady... with the glasses, not sure if she's management, wow, she is rude. Read more

The benchmark for veganism isn't imitation, but replacement. Not "fake meat" that feels close to the real deal. No, it must be... indistinguishable and taste phenomenally, thus rendering consuming actual meat unnecessary. This experience was nothing but apricey rip off. Afterward, I predicted that this would do little?even nothing?to help "vegan food" becoming commonplace. I'mtalking about Native Foods' limited item "birria quesadillas," which was my lunch to pick up on a busy Wednesday noon. It camewith seasoned fries. I also selected an appetizer: small portion of chicken tenders tossed in Thai chili cilantro sauce. Thequesadillas simply didn't work. I could recognize immediately I was consome-ing a sad copycat. In this case, I'd guess theirrecipe flunked on spices. Or, a bad chef, perhaps. Either way, not being able to use real/flavorful meat didn't help. Idisliked that those fries were soft only minutes after preparation (when I got them). I did feverishly devoured those soggy butyummy sauced wings?they saved the restaurant a star. In total (with tip), I spent over $30. Great for the restaurant's bottomline; not so effective in making this stuff accessible or helping the planet. Read more

Perhaps the best vegan restaurant we have been to. Everything was delicious and there was a huge variety. The gentleman who... took our order was kind and patient as we perused the menu. Will come again the next time we are in Palm Springs! Read more

Food is decent, staff is okay, management is horrible. I've ate food here before and I like it, but this afternoon the... supposedly "manager" lady with glasses and a mask rudely told me to leave when I was eat and drinking something out in thepatio. I didn't purchase anything, just sat down to drink cold drinks in the shaded patio that I thought was for the Smoke treePlaza. They don't have It posted "customers only". There used to be patio table and chairs in the courtyard area but it seems itwas taken away. Sitting outside in a shaded patio shouldn't be an issue with a business in the desert when they have A/C seatinginside. Este negocio es racista con los indios en nuestra propia tierra, y el gerente blanco es racista con los latinos, loshispanos y las personas de piel oscura. Este lugar dice que es para todas las personas y culturas, son mentiras. Read more
