Paid $10 for two food items and was denied an extra ranch. Absolutely ridiculous not only was the employee rude but I got... jalapeño poppers that should come with sauce. I have never been denied condiments or asked to pay an additional dollar forsauce at any other Carl?s Jr. I will no longer be coming to this location. One of the best fast food experiences I?ve had in ages! The staff was warm, efficient and clearly worked well as a team. The... restaurant was as clean as one could ever wish for. A child spilled their drink and the staff were on it moments later. I alsoappreciate that they have the Impossible meat for us vegetarians! Job well done! Read more

If I could give this place less stars I would. Ordered 2 famous stars with cheese combos and both burgers had mild on the bread.... Yes MOLD! The fires were stale, which is typical for a lot of places but the moldy bread was disgusting. I called the restaurantto let them know and they were defensively saying that I had to be wrong because they "check" all their bread daily. I'm sittinghere LOOKING at the mold on my burger.
